CubicWorks engineered a premium 10,000 sq ft headquarters fit-out on the 7th floor of 11 York Street, establishing the company as the flagship tenant in this brand-new Grade A building designed by AHR Architects.

As the very first fit-out to commence within 11 York Street’s newly completed shell, our team had to navigate uncharted territory with the building’s state-of-the-art M&E systems. With no operational precedent to follow, we needed to seamlessly integrate new installations with recently completed building services while maintaining the exacting quality standards befitting a global nuclear technology leader. The timeline was unforgiving, and any misstep could delay Rolls Royce SMR’s critical expansion plans.
