CubicWorks delivered the comprehensive CAT B fit-out of Hilti’s 42,000 sq ft UK headquarters at No.1 Circle Square – the flagship building in Manchester’s Innovation District. This award-winning project relocated Hilti’s 200-strong team from Trafford Park to floors 2, 3, and 4 of Bruntwood SciTech and Vita Group’s pioneering development. Working alongside CBRE and tp bennett architects, we created a ‘best in class’ regional headquarters featuring the highest quality finishes that earned a North Design Award and nominations for Mixology and BCO Awards.
